It's IJC version contains two strips written by Lee Falk & drawn by Seymour Barry:
1. S-66: Mystery of Wamba Falls Inn (4 Jul 1965 - 24 Oct 1965). Note: It's reprinted & recoloured version of IJC #39 (1967) - Wamba Falls Inn.
2. S-88: The Bike Gang (3 Sep 1972 - 5 Nov 1972).

If you have the old IJC39 and the S66 strip, compare the 3 of them. You will see the bad job of editing done by the TOI guys.
Luckly I've physical copies of #39 & this number. Unluckly the covers are missing. :)
I had read digital version of S66. After reading strips, one can see what TOI had done.
