    V24N39 was posted by TCP on 18 Feb 2006 on his blog. So it is already in collection. But we don't know the original scanner. May be TCP himself.

    The Mandrake Hindi comics was scanned by Vikram singh from Korba only & sent to me . I had sent to all but without ad pages.
    Vikram is only original scanner . all credit to him only

    Friends, there are many persons who have great collection for themselves, but

    (In vain is the eminence, just like a date tree
    No shade for travelers, fruit is hard to reach)
    But, my contributor friends are giving plenty of fruits, that is why; I say that these are real star. They not only opening their treasure for us, working hard, but very nice persons too.
