Updated 11th April 2012: My main mediafire account has gone. There were 30+ gb new files for posting and 120+ gb already posted at various blogs/forums.
So, you must understand that the links are for limited periods only.
The blogging is just my hobby. The real life challenges are demanding to pay more attention. I had tried my best what I can in past. This is the reason; I'm slow or not posting since last several weeks.
I would like to share many new scans (including mine) in this changed situation, than fixing again and again.
2012 links are fixed. Who joined us late, I’ll try to upload all Indrajal (shared till 31th Dec 2011) in fresh account ONE MORE TIME. It may take time.
However all who wish to help are most welcome. Hoping this separate page will help in direct exchange between readers to readers, as well bloggers to readers if required.

My e-mail is pksingh@mail.ru. About other comics we can discuss in mail.About e-comics: My view matches with you. The touch of physical copies is unmatchable; however e-comics have another beauty. I’m also a mobile person. Know at least 3 persons, who have all or almost physical IJCs, but now started collecting/scanning. The goal of creating this blog: Friendly posting (no time bound posting), Noncommercial, Visitors friendly (without password or at least password in post), respecting all people’s efforts as well as keeping history as it.Why don’t post all IJCs here: People had created blogs with some expectations. Some have healthy expectations (discussion, comments etc.), some not. Some say too much cooks spoils the food, must agree they are right. Many after joining specially start controversy.It’s not possible matching at people’s expectations. It’s only waste of time. 1. The cleaning of cookies
2. Restarting the browser after cleaning cookies.

Use WINRAR...it will work. Change the extension from .cbr to .rar and extract the files. I just cheked v21n38 and it worked. Please let me know if you continue to have problems.

One thing you may/may not have noticed is that I have cleaned all the uploads (my links) with annoying popups when I start to read the comics. When I want to read a comics, first thing I want to see is the first comics page on the screen and not who scanned it, what is site URL, and some bla bla about them...that is annoying. Gone from my uploads. I have sanitized it.
ReplyDeleteNow, I have all the respects for contributors and uploaders....I can thank them enough before reading the comics and after reading the comics..just not during reading the comics...that pop-up is really annoying when you click on a .cbr file...therfore, with due respect, I have removed them.
I do not want nothing between me and comics when I start to read the comics...:)
Again, my personal opinion...no bearing on others.

If you are extracting files & finding some pages couldn't be extracted or damaged - the reasons are
ReplyDelete1. the file was broken while downloading - generally due to internet speed.
2. Some time hosted files got currupt- don't know why.
In this case, first download again, if facing same problem - just report.
If it's your problem only, we can send required pages via e-mail.
If it's really broken, we'll replace links.

The extanstion cbz is CBR & CBR is rar. Using Winrar or some more software, one can change easily.
However, for reading poupose there is no need to go far.
Just right click at zip or rar, select opening using your comics reading software (e.g gonvisor, comics reader etc). You can read always.

ReplyDeleteBased on PBC2007's guideline, I detected that the old "V22N18-E (HR).rar" (from post) had corrupted page11 and V25N18*.rar had defective page 5. After three retries, my downloaded V21N38.rar yielded a readable *cbr.
BTW: you new uploaded *cbr seem fine.
Hello Rakesh, the above link for V23N11 is taking us to a Hindi file ("Indrajal Comics V23N11 Bahadur Jahareela Nag SR EN.cbr"). I guess, there has been another categorization issue. Do you have the English volume for V23N11?

The current strategy (being scanned by Venkit & other friends and posted by me & other members) has created a good & regular flow.
Some are doing all work himself whenever they can, is also helping a lot.
If required, I can start scanning English & Hindi too.
