    This is the second time Mandrake faces the Ratmen, I guess.

    and overall 4 times Mandrake/Lothar faced these Rat-men...3rd was in 'The Central Galaxy'(S154) that published in Ijc V23 N47-48 & 4th one was a post-Ijc strip from '94 - 'The Galactic Birthday Adventure'(S171).
