The links are for Greedy Tyrant but the images show The Forbidden Land of Karapura for two of them. Are you going to publish all six or just three? Either way, I am waiting to read...

But about rest IJC according to my list:
All Garth are posted.
Only 2 Phil Corrigan IJC (V21N52 & V24N04) are not posted.
So you can reduce 5 more from your list.

I am happy to see you tracking down the pending comics in such a meticulous manner. However there's just a minor correction to your list. Bahadur's 'The Growing Spectre (V23N05)' is already available online. Therefore it's only 31 more Bahadur comics to go :) I guess waiting is the most difficult part, but all credit to this team for this task!
