@TIGER Extract pages and make a copy of the folder or don't delete original cbr file until you complete. The quality and size will depend on software you'll choose.

I prefer Photoshop. You can find through goggle search the tutorial of PS version you'll use. If you never use before PS, just read chapters which are required only.
