But, there are two solutions for you:

This torrent contains upto July 2009 all English.
Major part of English Indrajal (after July 2009) are available here. For rest English & Hindi, check my blogroll (http://pbcsitelist.blogspot.com/)
2. Let me know the place you live. I'll try finding a fan who can copy on DVD at no profit no loss (i.e. only cost of DVD & postal, if required).
