The Flash Gordon story seems to be King_002_1966_DeathTrapOfMongo.

वेताल की कहानी का शीर्षक अंदर के पृष्ठों में. इन्द्रजाल के कुछ एक अंकों में इस तरह की चीज देखने को मिलती है कि अंदर और बाहर के शीर्षक भिन्न हों.
बहरहाल, काफ़ी ज्यादा संपादित संस्करण होने के बावजूद अपने रंगों और साफ़ छपाई की वजह से शानदार लगता है. फ़्लैश की कहानी जैसा कि वेंकिट ने कहा किंग कॉमिक्स से हो सकती है. कलाकार कौन है? क्या अल विलियमसन?

Vekit has pointed about exact number. King Comics #2 has 2 Flash Gordon & 1 Mandrake stories. Just updated. Have a look about writer & artist.
Thanks Prabhat for this old one. This is the one of very few IJCs in which the "dialogue balloon" had used on the front cover.
The Phantom Story was reprinted as No 321 "The Benovolent Ghost" in English. Not sure whether it was the same number in Hindi.
