This year is the 50th anniversary of the spacewalk. Commander Alexey Leonov spent 12 minutes and 9 seconds outside his space vehicle Voskhod 2 on March 18, 1965, connected by a 3.5 meter tether. V23N29 - The first part of a two part Indrajal Comic having a Mandrake story and a Rip Kirby story

Well, here is IJC Vol 23 No 29 called "The Killer Breed". This contains the first part of a Mandrake story by that name, that was seemingly an adaptation of Daily strip no 188, as per Xanadu.
