It's an edited version of Indrajal scanned by E.R. Bhoopathi. Page #2 is scanned by Venkitachalam Subramanian. All credits go to both friends.
P.S. Persons who remix & claim as own scans, can contact for raw scans of 2 & 31 pages. Understand their problem, remixing these cleaned with their raw scans will be difficult.

Generally comic book-cover art drawn without the balloons but B. Govind added balloons in his few covers, just like "The Masked Ball".
Cover picture give us hints of the story but when it comes with balloons and dialogues it become more specific and interesting too.

As I remember there was one more IJC cover with the balloons only. I like without the balloons. Both time I had wrong impression about inside story.
