Story: Returning to Venus to continue Dale’s environmental research, Flash joins his friend Ric Espada in an underwater swim in the latter’s vast underwater fishing ranch, complete with fish-herding dolphins.
But the idyll is soon shattered by two reckless scooter-riding youngsters ramming and killing one of the dolphins, prompting Flash to intervene. Back on the surface, the main perpetrator proves to be Ric’s son – who swears to exact deadly revenge on Flash...
